Hello,I received 3 PAX wardrobes for my apartment. I paid 129€ for the delivery at a floor of your choice. There was no option for delivery and assembling. VPD is the company who delivered the wardrobe. They arrived and informed me that I am living on the first floor, whereas my contract and the planimetry of the house states rez de chaussé.I was informed that VPD does not deliver by the floor if there are more than 8 stairs between the road and the apartment. We counted the stairs tohether and these are 8. Then the delivery guy said he was wrong, it is actually 7 stairs. When the boss answered the phone he said that is the rule. I asked for a link to the rulebook and was refused an answer. My complaint is against IKEA who employs VPD, which is the worst company I had ever had the misfortune to work with. VPD refused to share the rulebook with the 7stairs rule, and I demand to have a copy of such.It is very worrying that in Belgium such things are normal. Please support me, I want a full refund for the 129€.
