Good morning, I have been in contact with your company since October 2022. Had the appointment with your representative CH.N. on 2/11. During this appointment I was told that the whole process would look like this: installation, technical certification and payment after 30 days.My signed offer consisted of: inverter GrowattSPH4600, 14 Trina Solar 390WP pannels, 2 Growatt accus, monitoring app, bms controller and installation material. Final deadline for installation was 15 April 2023. After the signature in November there was no contact from your side, no reply to my calls or emails until installation on 6 April. Nobody informed me in advance that there would be no accus and that installed components would be different. I had two separate groups of your subcontractors coming to my house saying they are not Soly and they know nothing. I was surpised to get Growatt MIN 4600 TL-XH half price cheaper, different pannels (Jinko Solar 414 WP) and no accus. The external grey cable was placed in the middle of the front wall of my house. No access to the application to see if the system was ok. One of the technicians asked me to sign an empty box on his tablet confirming for Soly that his team really came to my house for installation. I was very suprised to see my signature on 7/4 on the opleverdocument confirming that the components from the offer were installed in my house and I was happy with the service. I think it is fraud. I contacted the customer service and got a new appointment to replace the cables and a promise to get my accus as soon as they were available! I sent many emails to you asking for explanation and complaining about changes in the components. I was so stressed that I made a mistake and wrote that the installed inverter was Growatt MIN 5000 TL-XH, not 4600. To my surprise I got a reaction by email from your customer service K.D. on 13/6 saying that a 4600 inverter would not work with my pannels so I got 5000. Now, I am not sure if my signed offer was correct and if the installed system works properly. I still have no access to the application so cannot monitor if/ how it works. I can only see that even in the hot day I still take electricity from the network which is not normal. Still no technical certificate, no appointment. What worries me even more is what one of your customer service representatives told me on the phone: you dont wait for the certification with the request for payment in case there is something wrong with installation. Very reassuring! On 15/4 the cable was replaced. Now, I have several connectors in the pipe coming to my basement. Without any cover. 0n 5/6 accus were installed. No app so have no idea if they work. In the meantime I was sending some electricity to the network. Waiting for the bill for the use of the network. Sorry to say but I have a feeling that it was a very bad idea to sign a contract with your company. I request change in the invoice following the fact that the inverter was half price. I request the technical certification. I request an independent opinion confirming that the 4600 inverter will use the power produced by the pannels in my initial offer and now. The maximum power of pannels from the offer was 5460 and installed 5810. The inverter is 4600 only. I am expecting investigation regarding the illegal use of my signature. I am requesting the log in credentials and all the data required to get the monitoring app in order to monitor the system. Nobody had asked me if I agree to have different components installed and if I agree to have them installed without accus for two months.
