The operator of the platform offers online dating services. The Mr. Debruyne's email has been registered on the operator's website
www.EspaceFlirt.com, www.findepartner.com and www.DatesGern.com.
To activate a profile, the profile owner must follow the corresponding link sent by email. The e-mail address
alain.debruyne54@gmail.comwas used for sending the link.
By clicking on this link, the user confirms that they are the owner of the e-mail address and they intend to create an account on the provider’s site. This verification step ensures that the person who registered is the actual owner of the e-mail address and has authorised the account creation.
Upon selecting the subscription, the chosen package was specified. The preceding page prior to the order, containing the contractually binding agreement, clearly outlined both the total amount and the invoicing conditions. This ensured compliance with consumer protection regulations by sufficiently clarifying the payment obligation under the contract.
As a user, Mr. Debruyne actively opted for the chargeable subscription, proceeded to enter his banking information voluntarily, and explicitly consented to the payment guidelines and Terms and Conditions of the provider. Therefore, he was fully aware of utilizing a paid service and expressed his legally binding intention to assume a payment obligation.
If he doesn't want to continue his membership, he has the option of cancelling it in writing and in due time.
In order to avoid further costs and procedures, we strongly advise Mr. Debruyne to pay the total amount of
EUR1'101.74.

En date du 240125 [Claim from HOWLOGIC KFT].
Je constate toutefois que vous exiger le paiement d'un abonnement alors que j'ai résilié l'abonnement à votre site de rencontre Flirtyon.
preuve jointe en fichiers PDF.
Vous avez mis en route trois nouveaux abonnements sur d'autres site de rencontre que je n'ai pas activé.
Ce qui a entraîné l'envoi de document de rappel d'avocats résidant en Allemagne. en annexe les trois courriers envoyés par le dernier avocat.
C’est pourquoi je vous demande de résilier ces abonnements que vous avez activé illicitement. Il s'agit ici de la vente forcée qui est interdite en Europe.
