Official complaint
Dear "Customer Service",
Since 6th April, i am trying to get the tickets i have bought for 2 shows of Hugh Jackman in New-York on 18 and 19 April.
I live in Belgium. I had planned a trip to New-York but i had to cancel it 10 days ago because my dog had to undergo a big and expensive operation. So i wanted to resell my tickets.
As the company organizing the event does not allow resell on Ticketmaster, i wanted to resell them on Ticketswap.
On 6 April, i wrote that i could not upload the app in order to see my tickets (i need to see the QR code in order to resell it on the ticketswap app.
Since 6 April, i ask you to send the tickets in a pdf format but you did not want to do it.
Since 6 April, you are asking me to upload my tickets on your app BUT i cannot because it is impossible from BELGIUM .
Since 6 April, i am trying to explain you that i cannot upload the app but you are continuously explain that i have to do it.
Since 6 April, i am explaining you that i see the tickets on my wallet (Samsung) but that i cannot see open your app to see the QR code.
I have given you 3 possibilities:
- to send my tickets by mail
- to allow me to resell them on your site
- to reimburse me
You did not answer or find a solution to help me.
Those tickets are expensive.
I have bought tickets that i cannot use as i want (to resell them).
I do not have any family or ftiends in your country to help me.
We are now monday 14th April and i will not be able to resell them because of your lack of reactivity.
I always book my tickets of concerts on Ticketmaster. I have NEVER had problems.
I am now asking you to find a solution !
You are obliged to give me the opportunity to get my tickets. I paid therefore.
The sale of the tickets for this show was worldwide. So Ticketmaster had to give its customers to get their tickets whereever they live !
As i cannot get my tickets, i am asking you to reimburse me.
